The St. Norbert Athletic Commission (SNAC) is continually striving to improve the sports program our children participate in. We ask your help in evaluating the strengths and areas of improvement of the volunteers that work with and instruct the children. We encourage both the participant and the parents to complete this evaluation. Your response will be confidential. Your information is important for the continued success of the St. Norbert athletic program.
